Alex Lehr has been working hard to cultivate a well-respected and trusted concierge-style real estate service for his clients since 1984. His extensive industry knowledge has been sought out by The New York Times, KPIX Channel 5 News, and through his book "The Unexpected Sale: Guidance for the Executor/Administrator Of An Estate."
 
Always perfecting his craft, Alex diligently stays ahead of upcoming real estate trends and carefully evaluates current economic data and social inclinations. His keen attention to detail and real estate expertise allow Alex to position his clients for success in any market condition. In essence, he "sees around the corner." Alex also engages in a grassroots approach to staying in touch with tens of thousands of property owners each year, allowing him to provide his clients valuable insights from the real estate community, along with access to off-market properties that aren't available elsewhere.
 
Alex is passionate about maximizing his clients' real estate assets and designing an experience that's tailored to their specific needs. Whether he's working with first-time homebuyers, clients managing family estates and trusts, or billionaire titans of tech, Alex is known for making the end-to-end process seamless. He specializes in reducing complexities and eliminating uncertainty along the way, and has done so during a number of unstable markets, including the recessions of the 1990s and early 2000s, 9/11, the Great Recession of 2008, and most recently, COVID-19.
 
In his free time, Alex loves spending time with his wife, Denise, and their four children, who are all a vital part of the team at Guide Real Estate. Together, they enjoy a variety of activities such as riding motorcycles, racing, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, skiing, and giving back to the community by supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank and other local organizations.
