She knows what’s effective in different markets and neighborhoods, as well as what degree of staging makes sense for each home. Using her creativity and imagination, she showcases each property’s unique features, enabling buyers to view prospective homes in their full potential. Denise also leads the team at Guide Real Estate CA in providing their signature concierge-style service. When she’s not busy caring for her clients, Denise cherishes time with her husband, Alex, and their four amazing kids. Not only do they all enjoy working together, but they love doing exciting things as a family such as motorcycling, hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and skiing. Denise is also an active member of a women’s mastermind group and is passionate about influencing the community through her work.
