Get to Know Me

Eric Sandate has been active in the Real Estate Industry since 2005. Starting his career as a Transaction Coordinator for a small boutique firm in San Carlos. During his tenure, he became a NAR Member, Office Manager, and teacher for new agents who had joined the team.
 
Training newly licensed agents to prepare and negotiate contracts. In 2015, Eric founded a Transaction Management Company, Gold Coast Transaction Group where he and his team provided Real Estate Transaction file coordination services for Real Estate Agents in San Francisco and San Mateo County. Utilizing their expertise to ensure file compliance for real estate sales. The team consulted with a number of firms, helping their clients develop top standards in file compliance and risk management. In addition to consulting for various brokerage firms Eric and his team participated in over 600 transactions closed during their operation.
 
In 2016, Eric became a member of San Francisco Association of Realtors® as well as volunteers his time as a member of the forms committee. The committee plays an important part in creating and maintaining the contractual and disclosure documents used by Real Estate practitioners in the city of San Francisco. In 2018, Eric made the decision to return to the Industry as a Broker Associate where he continues to provide a high level of service for both his Peninsula and San Francisco clients.
